My favorite book so far is the Five People You Meet in Heaven. Yes, it's a pretty simple book but one that I have always remembered fondly. I think thats the key to understanding what book is your favorite. A book that when you look back on reading it, you remember its deep messages and how you wished to read it in your free time.
The story is about a man who runs an amusement park and has an accident that sends him on a journey to understand his life through the five most important people in his life. I remember being deeply moved by its messages and the really satisfying conclusion. I'm sure I'll discover more complex books in the future but for now this one is my number one.

This is a good book that is most intruiging. I personally have never read it but multiple people have told me that it is an intruiging read. One day i hope to read the book but for now i am content.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen this movie? I only saw the movie and really enjoyed it, but I was wondering if the book, like usual, is better. I am interested in reading it if so, because if I thought the movie was so good, the book must be amazing. Even though it may be a simple read, I think it has complex messages of its own. Hopefully I will read it in the future and have the same satisfied reaction as yours.
ReplyDeleteWhat were those messages that were conveyed? I read the book a while ago but I only kind of liked it, I'm not really a Mitch Albom guy myself. I remember the blue man though, I think that was my favorite story...
